Shipping - We use UPS to ship most items less than 150 lbs. Items over that weight limit will ship motor freight. Only the actual shipping cost will be charged. No handling charges will be added to shipments over $25. Total combined orders for fittings under $25 will have a $5 handling fee added. Warranty All items are sold with a limited manufacturer's warranty against defects for up to 4 years. Call us for a written warranty for a specific item.
Return Policy Returns may be subject to a restocking fee of 20-30 percent depending on item. Special order items, custom items and high volume items cannot be returned unless proven defective. Buyer pays for all shipping costs. Any credit allowance will be based on the condition of the items, subject to our inspection. HKI is not liable for any delay, loss or damage to goods after delivery of goods to the carrier but we will work with you to obtain a credit.
